Fall Festival Favorites...

As stated in my previous post, Fall festivals are aplenty in this part of the country. Who knew they could be so varied?

Raku Night Festival at the KC Clay Guild gives individuals and opportunity to learn and participate in this ancient art form.

And then there's the second annual Fun Fest at my nephew's with "great" nieces and "great" nephew. Plenty of food and fun along with a go cart.

The royalty greeted us at the KC Renaissance Festival...another annual event.

The day was cool and rainy...could that be why we saw so few fairies?

What's a little rain when you're the "special person" of the day?
What fall fun are you having?

Hi Joy:
WOW... looks like you are having great fun...My fall activities aren't as grand as yours...But I did take the grand-kids to the pumpkin patch and we went on a hay ride...There is nothing better on a warm fall day than to see little ones trying to lift pumpkins that are bigger than they are...
Keep having fun,Nancy

That looks like such a fun day! I miss doing different things like that; they don't seem to have as much of it here in Ireland.

Love the pics of your stitching and decorating!

Bowled over...

With the thought anyone would stitch a design over and over...let alone seven times!  This is not my stitching and I normally don't share the stitching of others.  Although, I did finish the witch seven times.  No, I won't stitch a bowl of wee witches, but I would stitch more than one if I knew who the designer was. Do you stitch a design more than once?

What to do. . .

Blog, stitch, finish work?  I have no idea where to start. My world is spinning with change.  Trying to keep up and not knowing where to start.  Turning the page of the calendar was an eye-opener for sure.  2018. . .really?  Where did 2017 go, not to mention the last 3 years?! Life is what you make it and I'm going for love, joy and kindness.  Hopefully, that will include saying hello on occasion to my blog friends. How about you?  What are your plans for 2018?
