Oh joy, snow...

And more snow! This may be the first real snow of the season...certainly the first of the year. There just may be something to this not working?! No driving worries, fun day with the grandgirls and staying indoors, all warm and cozy. I do so love snow...how about you?

I wondered if you would have your usual lunch / dollar store date today! I almost invited myself but it was too tempting to stay snuggled in!

If you don't have to dig out of the snow or drive in it it would be nice. lol! I prefer no snow.

Unfortunately here in Michigan we are used to the snow so we don't get days off too often...but I still love the snow!

Oh, how I do love snow too! Most of my friends call me "crazy", but I grew up in upstate New York, where we had "FEET" of snow. I absolutely love it! Now it is time to cozy up with a nice hot cup of tea and my stitching of course!
I must agree with your previous visitor (Kathy Ellen), I too fancy a snowy day...and we measure the snowfall by the foot as well!
Wishing you cozy times with your grandgirls!
I love stitching while the flakes are falling, but not so much all the wet clothes the children leave on the floor! :)

Bowled over...

With the thought anyone would stitch a design over and over...let alone seven times!  This is not my stitching and I normally don't share the stitching of others.  Although, I did finish the witch seven times.  No, I won't stitch a bowl of wee witches, but I would stitch more than one if I knew who the designer was. Do you stitch a design more than once?

Many...

Of you have been posting photos of your Christmas decorations, some even rethinking this year's decorating. Few changes take place here, which may seem boring, but I think of it as tradition.  Every year when I begin to decorate fond memories come to mind as I place each ornament, Santa and treasure in it's usual place. Yet simple as it may be, I did rearrange the deer tray and... The Santas came down from the mantle... Allowing one of my favorite samplers to shine without the clutter. What changes did you make this year?
